A modern custom estate offering two distinct material concepts (Gray/Modernist vs. Mediterranean/Warm stucco) to explore texture and site integration.
Challenge
Developing a single architectural footprint that adapts elegantly to both a cool, dark contemporary palette and a warm, textured traditional Mediterranean theme.
Approach
Modeled a staggered two-story villa with flat roof zones. The Gray Scheme uses dark zinc siding, slate gray cladding, and polished concrete. The Mediterranean Scheme uses limestone stucco, terracotta accents, and warm sand finishes.
Outcome
A versatile residential design demonstrating how material selection transforms volume, weight, and context.
